Through its various units and affiliates, the Del Foundation continues to move forward with the spirit of collaboration in making real contributions to support Indonesia’s progress and bring long-term, meaningful impact to communities.

Institut Teknologi Del

Founded on March 15, 2001 by Gen. TNI (ret.) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan who at that time served as Minister of Industry and Trade under the name Politeknik Informatika Del. PI Del is present in Sitoluama Village, Laguboti, North Sumatra, to provide an opportunity to enjoy quality education to rural communities. On July 5, 2013, Politeknik Informatikan Del (PI Del) changed its name to Institut Teknologi Del (IT Del). Until now, IT Del has Bachelor, Diploma IV, and Diploma III programs with 4 faculties and 10 study programs

In 2007, Mrs. Uli Pandjaitan founded a school called Noah Early Childhood Center in Kalisari, East Jakarta. In the 2010/2011 school year, they added an Elementary School level. Because they did not only teach preschool education, they changed their name to Noah School. Noah School follows a foreign curriculum and is recognized as a Cambridge Assessment Education Center. In 2017, they started teaching Junior High School level and occupied a new building with world-class educational facilities.

SMA Unggul Del was established in 2011 and began operating on June 1, 2012 to realize the vision of the Del Foundation as an institution that has a desire to transform Indonesian education towards a better direction. With the presence of SMA Unggul Del, it is hoped that it can realize the desires of the community, especially in the Tapanuli area for good education. The educational process at SMA Unggul Del is research-based to develop students' academic potential actively and creatively. SMA Unggul Del has made various achievements at the regional, national, and even international levels thanks to learning methods that always explore students' abilities.

In 2013, Rumah Faye was established as a non-profit organization with programs to prevent and rescue children from human trafficking, violence and sexual exploitation. In 2016, Rumah Faye established a safe house in Batam, which serves as a place for rehabilitation and skills training for victims. Rumah Faye is also actively involved in providing counseling programs to schools and communities in areas prone to child exploitation in Jakarta.

Radio Del FM operates under the auspices of PT. Del Citra Mandiri, which is affiliated with Yayasan Del. Radio Del FM has been operating since July 2018, targeting listeners aged 15-35 years. Its content focuses on education, tourism, environment, socio-culture, and industrial potential around Toba. In December 2019, Radio Del FM expanded its broadcast reach through mobile devices that can be accessed by Android and iOS users. The composition of the songs played includes 70% Indonesian hits, 20% international hits, and 10% Batak songs.

Sekolah Kasih

Sekolah Kasih is the newest educational unit of the Del Foundation to support Early Childhood Education (PAUD). Located in Laguboti, Sekolah Kasih began operating in July 2023, providing Nursery and Kindergarten classes for children aged 3-6 years. Sekolah Kasih has a vision to form individuals who love their country, are tolerant, and care about the environment from an early age. This vision is implemented through an effective and appropriate game-based learning method for early childhood.
